With Biller Patch
Setting Up at OrbitalPay
Note: These instructions only apply NATS installations that have had the most recent OrbitalPay biller patch applied. If you have not had the OrbitalPay biller patch applied, read from the Without Biller Patch section below, or submit a support ticket if you would like to upgrade your version of OrbitalPay.
Before you can begin configuring OrbitalPay as a biller in NATS4, you must first register a merchant account with them. This can be done through their website at http://www.orbitalpay.com/.
While registering with OrbitalPay, make sure to take down the Account number, Dynamic IP Code, Site Tag, Access Keyword, Reporting Keyword, Auth Amount, and Discount Upgrade Price that they provide for you. This information will be necessary for setting up Orbitalpay as a biller in NATS4.
Setting Up OrbitalPay in NATS
Note: The OrbitalPay biller patch changes the required information when previously setting up OrbitalPay in NATS4. Please read the following instructions, even if you had OrbitalPay configured before applying the biller patch.
Billers Admin
To begin setting up OrbitalPay as a biller in NATS, go to the Billers Admin. Scroll down to the “Biller” drop-down menu on the Billers Admin main page, select OrbitalPay, and click “Add.”
Note: If you don't see OrbitalPay as a gateway biller in NATS4, put in a support ticket, as you may need an updated version of NATS.
You can tell if OrbitalPay is configured as a gateway biller or a third party biller with the “Account Info” fields on this page. If you see fields marked “Account” and “Dynamic IP Code,” it is configured as a gateway biller. If you do not see any fields that can be edited here, OrbitalPay is configured as a third party biller.
When prompted, fill in the Account number and Dynamic IP Code that were provided to you by OrbitalPay under the “Account Info” section. If you were not provided with this information, please contact your biller to receive it.
Sites Admin
Next, go to the Sites Admin, create or edit a tour, and scroll down to the “Biller Details” section. Enter the Site Tag, Access Keyword, and Reporting Keyword that you received from OrbitalPay in the fields beginning with “ORBPAY” here. This information must be obtained directly from your biller.
Once you have done this, scroll down to the section labeled “Join Options for this Tour” and click the “Edit Option Details for this tour” icon that corresponds to the join option you wish to use. In the “Biller Codes” section on the next page, locate the “ORBPAY” settings and enter the Auth Amount and Discount Upgrade Price that you set up with OrbitalPay here.
Additionally, you may wish to edit or add any additional rules to allow this option to be shown on your join form. You can do so by clicking the Rules action icons, marked with two purple arrows next to the Option row.
