New NATS4 Affiliate Support
NATS4.1 offers an improved Support section, with more information than ever for affiliates. In addition to the Support Request form found in NATS4, you will also find a comprehensive Help/FAQ section with information about the available affiliate features. The Help/FAQ, Resources, and Terms & Conditions pages are defined by the program owner themselves, so they will vary from program to program.
Use the Navigation links on the left side of any Support page to choose the page you want to view.
Support Request
Fill out the form to send a request for support to the program owner and other NATS admins. You can label your request as a question, problem, or suggestion.
NATS Help/FAQ
See useful information about the pages and features available to affiliates, along with a Frequently Asked Questions section to answer any questions you may have about NATS. Clicking on any of the categories or subjects expands and minimizes that section, helping this page stay clutter-free.
