NATS4 Jettis International Gateway
Please don't test your biller setup with NATS4 Jettis International Gateway's test account—it won't work correctly.
Setting Up at Jettis International
Before you can begin configuring Jettis International Gateway as a biller in NATS4, you must first register a merchant account with them. This can be done through their website at http://www.jettisintl.com/.
While registering with Jettis International, make sure to take down the Account ID, Password, Product Code, and Upgrade Code (Optional) that are provided to you by your biller. This information will be necessary for setting up Jettis International Gateway in NATS.
You must also email Jettis International the following URLs so they can add them to the system for you:
- Initial Postback URL - http://linkdomain/signup/process_jettisintl.php
- Event Postback URL - http://linkdomain/signup/process_jettisintl.php
- Approval Redirect URL - http://linkdomain/signup/returnurl_jettisintl.php
- Decline Redirect URL - http://linkdomain/signup/returnurl_jettisintl.php
Replace linkdomain with your NATS linkdomain or domain.
Setting Up Jettis International Gateway in NATS
Billers Admin
To begin setting up Jettis International Gateway as a biller in NATS, go to the Billers Admin. Scroll down to the "Biller" drop-down menu, select Jettis International Gateway, and click "Add."
Note: If you don't see Jettis International Gateway as a biller in NATS4, put in a support ticket, as you may need an updated version of NATS.
When prompted, fill in the Account ID and Password that were provided to you by Jettis International under the "Account Info" section. You can also choose if you want to allow a Client's Affiliate ID to be their Username, and if you want to Allow Duplicate Signups here. If you were not provided with this information, please contact your biller to receive it.
Sites Admin
Next, go to the Sites Admin, create or edit a tour, and scroll down to the "Join Options for this Tour" section. Click the "Edit Option Details for this tour" icon that corresponds to the join option you wish to use, or create a new join option. In the "Biller Codes" section on the next page, enter your Product Code and your Update Code (Optional) into the "JETINTGATE" fields.
Once you have completed these steps, save your join option details. Jettis International Gateway will now be configured for use as a biller in NATS4.
Cross Sells
Jettis International Gateway also supports Cross Sale transactions through NATS. In order to process cross sale transactions, however, you will first have to set them up with Jettis International. Please contact Jettis International for assistance with this.
To set up cross sales in NATS, go to the Upsells Admin and click incoming or outgoing cross sales from the navigation tabs (depending on whether you are sending or receiving the cross sale).
If you are sending a cross sale to another site, go to the "Outgoing Cross Sales" section. Add Jettis Inter Gateway from the Biller drop-down menu, and click Add New Option. On the next page, you will be prompted to fill in the Title, Description, and Disclaimer for your cross sell option.
You will then need to fill out the Biller Info for your cross sale, which should be provided to you by Jettis International. Fill in your Product Code, Ref Code, Domain, Account Override, and Password Override, then choose if you want to use HTTPS Post or disallow AutoPurchase. Click Save Changes once you have filled out this information.
If you are receiving the cross sale, go to the "Incoming Cross Sales" section. Add Jettis Inter Gateway from the Biller drop-down menu and click Add New Option. When prompted, choose the site and program you want to associate with the cross sale.
Under "Details," fill in the title of your cross sale option, the initial membership fee and length, and the recurring membership fee and length. Finally, fill in your Product Code and Upgrade Code in the "Biller Info" section and click Save Changes.
Upsells
Upsells can be configured similarly to cross sales in NATS. Like cross sales, you will have to set up upsells first with Jettis International.
To set up upsells in NATS, go to the Upsells Admin and click incoming or outgoing upsells from the navigation tabs (depending on whether you are sending or receiving the upsell).
If you are sending the upsell go to the Outgoing Upsells section. Add Jettis Inter Gateway from the Biller drop-down menu, and click Add New Option. On the next page, you will be prompted to fill in the Title, Description, and Disclaimer for your upsell.
You will then need to fill out the Biller Info for your upsell, which should be provided to you by Jettis International. Fill in your Ref Code, Domain, Product Code, and choose if you want to use HTTPS Post, then click Save Changes.
