NATS lets you upload as many adtools as you want, so that both program owners and affiliates can get the most success out of their promotions. However, this can sometimes mean that the Affiliate Adtools pages can take a while to search through manually, making it tough to get your adtools right away.

NATS4.1 eliminates that concern with the new Affiliate Adtools search. This feature lets you quickly narrow down your list of adtools to only display the ones matching your chosen search parameters. You can use this to quickly and easily locate the adtools that you want to use.

Not only can you search for specific adtools with the search options available, you can also reorder your available adtools by any category available on this page. For example, you can choose to sort your image banners by when they were added, their layout, file size, type, or pixel height/width. Just click the top of each column in the adtools table to reorder your adtools by that category.

Using the Adtool Search

You can use the affiliate adtool search function with any of the adtool types available in NATS. Just pick the adtool type you want to use from the "Ad Tools" category in the top toolbar, available on any affiliate page.

Once you're on the Affiliate Adtools pages, you'll see the search options at the top of the table of adtools. Each adtool type in NATS various search options that let you search through your tools with drop-down menus, fields, icons, and slider bars. The available search options differ based on adtool type, since essential information for each type varies.

Fill in the available adtool search options however you want, then click the "Search <adtool type>" button to the right of your options. Your list of affiliate adtools will now be narrow down to reflect your search.

Each adtool type in NATS offers different search options that are tailored to information stored for that adtool type. For example, you can search image banners by when they were added, their group, their layout, pixel height/width, and banner type. Meanwhile, you can search free hosted galleries by when they were added, their group, what type of media they contain, the number of items, and models featured in that gallery.

The following section lists the different search options available to you for each adtool type offered in NATS.

Searching Banners

Image Banners

• Zip - Allows you to bulk download image banners into a compressed .zip file. Fill in the checkboxes to select adtools to download, or click "Check All Banners" or "Un-Check All Banners." Once you select the banners you want to download, click "Download .zip"
• Added - The date that the banner was added. You can search for adtools added before, after, or on a certain date.
• Group - Search for a specific adtool group name.
• Layout - The way that the banner is aligned on the page. You can search for horizontal, vertical, or square image banners.
• Height - Search for a specific range of banner pixel heights.
• Width - Search for a specific range of banner pixel widths.
• Type - Search for static banners, animated banners, or both types.

Flash Banners

• Zip - Allows you to bulk download flash banners into a compressed .zip file. Fill in the checkboxes to select adtools to download, or click "Check All Banners" or "Un-Check All Banners." Once you select the banners you want to download, click "Download .zip"
• Added - The date that the banner was added. You can search for adtools added before, after, or on a certain date.
• Group - Search for a specific adtool group name.
• Layout - The way that the banner is aligned on the page. You can search for horizontal, vertical, square, or all types of flash banners.
• Height - Search for a specific range of banner pixel heights.
• Width - Search for a specific range of banner pixel widths.

Geo Targeted Banners

• Added - The date the banner was added. You can search for adtools added before, after, or on a certain date.
• Group - Search for a specific adtool group name.
• Layout - The way that the banner is aligned on the page. For example, horizontal, vertical, or square.
• Height - Search for a specific range of banner pixel heights.
• Width - Search for a specific range of banner pixel widths.

Searching Hosted Galleries

Free Hosted Galleries

• Name - Search for a specific gallery name.
• Added - The date the gallery was added. You can search for adtools added before, after, or on a certain date.
• Group - Search for a specific adtool group name.
• Type - Search for picture galleries, video galleries, or mixed galleries.
• # Items - Search for a specific number range of items stored in galleries.

Searching Downloadable Content

Content Zips

• Name - Search for a specific content zip name.
• Added - The date the content zip was added. You can search for adtools added before, after, or on a certain date.
• Group - Search for a specific adtool group name.
• Type - Search for picture content zips, video content zips, mixed content zips, or all types of content zips.

Feeds

• Name - Search for a specific feed name.
• Added - The date the feed was added. You can search for adtools added before, after, or on a certain date.
• Group - Search for a specific adtool group name.
• Type - Search for RSS feeds, ATOM feeds, or all types of feeds.

Mailing Ads

• Name - Search for a specific mailer name.
• Added - The date the mailer was added. You can search for adtools added before, after, or on a certain date.
• Group - Search for a specific adtool group name.
• Type - Search for normal mailers, CAN-SPAM complaint mailers, or all types of mailing ads.

Custom Fan Signs

• Added - The date the fan sign was added. You can search for adtools added before, after, or on a certain date.
• Group - Search for a specific adtool group name.
• Height - Search for a specific range of fan sign pixel heights.
• Width - Search for a specific range of fan sign pixel widths.

Flash Videos

• Name - Search for a specific flash video name.
• Added - The date the video was added. You can search for adtools added before, after, or on a certain date.
• Group - Search for a specific adtool group name.
• Type - Search for trailers, 30 second videos, 2 minute videos, 5 minute videos, or all types of videos.

Page Peel Ads

• Name - Search for a specific page peel name.
• Added - The date the page peel was added. You can search for adtools added before, after, or on a certain date.
• Group - Search for a specific adtool group name.
• Location - The location on the page that the page peel will appear on. You can search for ads that appear on the top left, top right, bottom left, or bottom right corners of the page.

IM Popups

• Name - Search for a specific IM popup name.
