Setting up with ICN
Setting up ICN in NATS
Billers Admin
Go to the Billers Admin, select ICN Ltd. from the drop-down, and click Add. In the Company Code field, enter the company code that was provided upon signup with ICN.
Sites Admin
Go to the Sites Admin, edit or create a tour, and go to the Biller Details section. In the ICN(id:x) Site ID field, enter the Site id that was provided by ICN for this site.
Next we need to setup join options to be used with ICN. ICN can be setup as a regular or special join option. To setup ICN as a regular join option, edit or create a join option and add your ICN option id in the ICN (id:x) Option ID field.
To setup ICN as a special join option go to the Sites Admin and click the "Set Special Join Options" icon. In the form at the bottom select ICN, enter the Join Form Text, and enter the Option ID (provided by ICN) for this site.
Both the regular and special join option methods may require rules to be setup. You can do so with the purple arrows next to the Option row (similar to the several other areas across NATS).
