Please don't test your biller setup with NATS4 GXBill's test account—it won't work correctly.
Setting up on GXBill's Website
Before you begin setting up GXBill in NATS, you must first register a GXBill account. After registering your account, record your GXBill Merchant ID and password.
Setup your sites in GXBill, and record the given GXBill Site Code for each site that you have set up.
Set the password script to:
Simply replace "linkdomain" in the above example with your linkdomain.
Set up GXBill in NATS
To set up GXBill in NATS, first go to the Billers Admin, select GXBill from the "Setup New Biller" drop-down menu, and click Add. When prompted, enter your GXBill Merchant ID and password in the ID and password fields.

Go to the Sites Admin, edit or create a tour, and go do the Biller Details section. In the GXB Site Code field, enter a GXBill site code.
If GXBill gave you a Type, you can enter it by editing a desired join option and finding the GXB Type field under "Biller Codes".
