Q: Why don't join options display on the NATS join form?

A: Ineffective SHOW rule for the option(s) is the most likely cause. If the join option was configured as Disabled by default, meaning the join option was saved with the Active by Default checkbox unchecked, there must be a SHOW rule configured. To create and view configured join option rules, click the double purple arrow icon associated with the join option. However if you want the join option to always be available for the site, click the pencil icon associated with the join option. Then, check the Active by Default checkbox and click the Save button.
