NATS4 Billers Admin
The Billers Admin lets you manage your sites.
The Billers list shows information about each biller you setup. Right of each biller are several action icons:
- The Edit icon lets you edit the biller's details
- The Edit Biller Charges icon lets you edit this biller's charges. For more information, see the Biller Charges section below
- The View Poll Status icon lets you view the biller's most recent polls. For more information, see the Polls section below
- The Delete Biller icon deletes this biller. You can view deleted billers using the Show Deleted Billers link at the top of the page
Below the list of billers is a Biller drop-down menu with a list of billers. Select a biller from this list and click the Add button to add a new biller.
The Current Cascades shows information about each cascade you setup. Right of each cascade are several action icons:
- The Expand Cascade icon shows the steps in this cascade
- The Edit Cascade icon lets you change the cascade's name or description
- The Edit Cascade Rules icon lets you make special rules for this cascade
- The Delete Cascade icon deletes this cascade. You can view deleted cascades using the Show Deleted Billers and Cascades link at the top of the page
Click the Add a Cascade tab to add a new cascade. For more information about cascades, see the Cascade article.
Biller Charges
NATS keeps track of biller fees for affiliate payouts and Profit and Loss report. Click the Edit Biller Charges icon, select a transaction type, and enter the charges. Click the Deduct drop-down and select when to deduct the charge:
- Never deduct the charge from the affiliate or profit and loss report. This prevents your profit and loss report from reporting accurate losses
- After Affiliate Payout pays affiliates in revenue share programs their share of the gross profit. The whole deduction comes out of your profits
- From Affiliate Payout pays affiliates in revenue share programs their share of the gross profit minus this deduction. The whole deduction domes out of their profits
- Before Affiliate Payout pays affiliates in revenue share programs their share of the net profit. The deduction is split between you and the affiliate fairly
Polls
NATS gets periodic updates about your customers from each biller that tell it about rebills, credits, and chargebacks. NATS calls this periodic update a poll, and it can't keep your program information accurate unless it makes regular polls. Click the View Poll Status icon to see when a poll last ran and to see if there were any problems. If a poll hasn't finished successfully in the last 48 hours, please submit a ticket so we can check your program.
Biller Cancel Promotions
Some billers let you offer discounted prices when a surfer wants to cancel their membership. NATS requires no extra setup to enable these price changes. All of the setup is done on the biller's website.
Payment Deduction
You can add multiple accounts from the same biller to NATS. Go to Billers Admin, select a biller, click Add, fill in your details, and click save. Repeat for each biller account. Add each biller account one or more cascades and use the cascades on your sites.
