Please don't test your biller setup with Greta 11's test account—it won't work correctly.
Setting up at Greta 11
Before you can set up Greta 11 in NATS, you must first register an account with the biller. After you register with Greta 11, they should provide you with a:
- Sender ID
- User Login
- User Password
They should additionally provide you with a Channel ID for each of your sites.
Set up Greta 11 in NATS
To set up Greta 11 in NATS, first go to the Billers Admin, select "Greta 11 Billing" from the "Setup New Biller" drop-down menu, and click Add. When prompted, enter the Sender ID, User Login, and User Password that were given to you by Greta 11.
Next, go to the Sites Admin, create or edit a tour, and scroll down to the "Biller Details" section. Locate the setting marked "G11Bill(id:x) Channel ID:" and input the Channel ID that was provided to you. Save your changes, and repeat this step for your other sites (if applicable).
Finally, go to the Join Options section, edit each existing join option, and set the "G11Bill Currency Type" to your desired currency. This setting is optional, as the currency will default to US Dollars if it is not set. Once you have done this, save your join option details.
