NATS3 RevUpCard
NATS version 3.1.52.1 and later supports payment dumps to a RevUpCard account. If you are using NATS 3.1.52.1 or greater, please skip to the section Configuring RevUpCard below and just follow the instructions in Configuring RevUpCard. If you are using a version of NATS prior to 3.1.52.1 and want to use RevUpCard, please enter an upgrade support ticket or follow all the steps below.
Creating RevUpCard dump format
From the main menu select Configuration, select the Pay-Via tab. Scroll down to the end of the Dump Format table and enter "RevUpCard CVS" into the input box labeled New Dump Format. Click the Add button.
Scroll down to the new Dump format, copy, and paste the following line into the Dump Header:
"CardNo","DDANo","MemberId","Amount","Description","DOB","SSN","WorkPhone","PostalCode","PreAuthId"
Then copy & paste this line into the Entry Header:
"","{$pv_ddano}","","{$total}","{$trans_memo}","","","","",""
When finished, click Save.
Configuring RevUpCard
From the main menu, select “Configuration” and click the the “Pay-Via” tab. Near the bottom is a table title Currently configured Reseller Payment Systems. In the field the right of New Pay Via Option enter RevUpCard.
The page will reload with a new payment type and will want you to fill out the rest of the information.
- shortname
- An internal name to identify this payment type
- Example: revupcard
- Allowable 'Minimum Payout' Choices
- The 'Minimum Payout' choices you want for this payment method
- Example: 50,100,150,200,250,300,350,400,450,500
- Cost Per Payout
- The processing fee that you can charged for this transaction (if none, then leave set to $0.00)
- Example: $2.00
- Dump Format to Use
- The dump format to use for this payment type. You will Want to select the format we just created.
- Example: RevUpCard CVS
Then click the save button
Next Click the 2nd icon to the right of your new payment type (the one that looks like a scroll with a pencil).
You should now be on a page called RevUpCard Structure
You need to fill out the form to extend the advance payment type to accept the RevUpCard account information.
- Label
- The name of the field
- Enter: DDANo
- Required
- The affiliate is required to fill this field out.
- Make sure this is checked
- Min Length
- The minimum length of data that can be entered for this field
- Enter: 16
- Max Length
- The maximum length of data that can be entered for this field
- Enter: 16
Click Save
The new RevUpCard payment system should now be available to any of your affiliates that have an account with them and wish to use them. They just need to edit there account information and change there payment type to 'RevUpCard'.
