MyVirtualCard
Please don't test your biller setup with MyVirtualCard's test account—it won't work correctly.
Setting up on MyVirtualCard's Website
Before you can begin configuring myVirtualCard as a biller in NATS3, you must first register a merchant account with them. This can be done through their website at http://www.myvirtualcard.com/.
Make sure to inform myVirtualCard taht you are working with NATS, so that they can better help you during the setup process.
While registering with myVirtual Card, make sure to take down the Username, Password, Site ID, and Membership ID that they provide you with. This information will be necessary for setting up myVirtualCard in NATS3.
Setting up MyVirtualCard in NATS
Billers Admin
To begin setting up myVirtualCard as a biller in NATS, go to the Billers Admin. Scroll down to the "Biller" drop-down menu, select myVirtualCard, and click "Add."
Note: If you don't see myVirtualCard, put in a support ticket, as you may need an updated version of NATS.
When prompted, fill out your transaction and chargeback fees, along with when you wish to deduct them. Fill in the Username and Password that were provided to you by myVirtualCard under the "Account Info" section. If you were not provided with this information, please contact your biller to receive it.
Sites Admin
Next, go to the Sites Admin, create or edit a site, and scroll down to the "Biller Details" section. Find the "myVirtualCard" settings, and enter the Site ID for each site you have set up with myVirtualCard. This information can be found in the "Site ID" field on myVirtualCard's website. If you did not receive this information, please contact your biller.
Once you have done that, scroll down to the "Join Options this Site Offers" section and create or edit a join option to add myVirtualCard compatibility. Under "Biller Codes for this Join Option," you will find two optional settings. Enter your MVC Membership ID here only if you are using myVirtualCard's membership system. If you enter your MVC Membership ID here, you will also need to fill in the MVC MUP Sever Version field -- this should currently be "3".
Click Save once you have finished filling out the available fields on this page. MyVirtualCard will now be configured and ready to process transactions in NATS3.
