Setting Up at HeidelPay Gateway

Before you can begin configuring HeidelPay Gateway as a biller in NATS3, you must first register an account with them. This can be done through their website at http://www.heidelpay.de/.

While registering with HeidelPay, make sure to take down your User Name, Password, Sender Key, and Channel. This information will be necessary for setting up HeidelPay Gateway in NATS3.

Setting Up HeidelPay in NATS

Billers Admin

To begin setting up HeidelPay Gateway as a biller in NATS, go to the Billers Admin. Scroll down to the "Biller" drop-down menu, select HeidelPay Gateway, and click "Add."

Note: If you don't see HeidelPay Gateway, please put in a support ticket, as you may need an updated version of NATS.

When prompted, fill out your transaction and chargeback fees, along with when you wish to deduct them. Fill in the User Name, Password, and Sender Key that were provided to you by HeidelPay under the "Account Info" section. If you were not provided with this information, please contact your biller to receive it.

Sites Admin

Next, go to the Sites Admin, create or edit a site, and scroll down to the "Biller Details" section. Find the "HeidelPay Gateway" settings and enter your Channel. This information should have been given to you directly by your biller.

Once you have done this, click Save. Your new biller will now be configured and ready to process transactions through NATS3.
