Multiple Biller Accounts

Please don't test your biller setup with NATS4 Plug'n Pay's test account—it won't work correctly.

Setting up on Plug'n Pay's Website

Register a Plug'n Pay account. Record your username and password. (Plug'n Pay sometimes calls your username and password, publisher-name and publisher-password.)

While setting up your sites, be sure to record each site's Plug'n Pay Plan ID.

Set up Plug'n Pay in NATS

Go to the Billers Admin, choose Plug'n Pay from the drop-down, and click Add. Enter your username and password. In the Domain field, enter the domain name of Plug'n Pay's payment server; currently, this is pay1.plugnpay.com.

Go to the Sites Admin, edit or create a site, edit or add a join option, and go to the Biller Details section. Enter your email address; customer order confirmation emails will appear to come from this address. Enter a complete filename in the Expire File Path field; this is where Plug'n Pay puts your list of active username and passwords.

Go to the Join Options section and enter your site's Plug'n Pay Plan ID. You can also enter an optional Plug'n Pay Purchase ID to group customers.
