Please don't test your biller setup with IBill's test account—it won't work correctly.
Set up on iBill's Website
Register an iBill account. Record your Master Account Number, CMI Username, and CMI password.
To setup your site at iBill, you need to log into iBill's CMI (http://cmi.ibill.com/). Once you have logged in, go to Add Master/Sub Options via the Setup link. Pick the type of subscription you want to add and then click Add a New Sub-Account. To setup both a CC and Check option simultaneously, pick Subscription Recurring or One-Time. To setup only a Check option, pick Subscription Check Recurring or One-Time.
Enter all the information needed and pick Password Management in the Proof of Purchase section.
Notification
Set the following other fields to the information provided here:
- Notification URL: http://linkdomain/signup/process_ibill.php
- Notify Me on the following: Both
- Client Served Approval/Decline Page: On/Yes
- Event Notification - Notification URL: http://linkdomain/signup/post_ibill.php
- Event Notification - Events: check all
Replace linkdomain with your linkdomain.
Set up iBill in NATS
Go to Billers Admin, select iBill from the Billers drop-down, and click Add. Enter your Master Account number. Only enter the numbers up to, but not including, the first dash. Enter your CMI username and password. Check the ccard.exe checkbox to tell iBill to use ccard.exe.
Go to Sites Admin, edit or create a site, and go to the Join Options section. Enter your iBill Sub-Account number (which follows the dash in your account number).
