Setting Up on ClearCard's Website
Before you can begin setting up ClearCard as one of your billers in NATS3, you must first register an account with them. This can be done through their website at http://stats.clearcard.com/solutions/Application.
When registering with ClearCard, make sure to take down the Username, Password, Site ID, and Membership ID that they provide for you. If you were not provided with this information, please contact your biller to receive it.
You must give ClearCard this URL after your account approval: http://linkdomain/signup/process_clearcard.php
Replace linkdomain with your Link Domain.
Setting up ClearCard in NATS
Billers Admin
To begin setting up ClearCard as a biller in NATS, go to the Billers Admin. Scroll down to the "Biller" drop-down menu, select ClearCard, and click "Add."
Note: If you don't see ClearCard as a biller, put in a support ticket, as you may need an updated version of NATS.
When prompted, fill out your transaction and chargeback fees, along with when you wish to deduct them. Fill in the Username, Password (optional), Site ID(s), and Membership ID that were provided to you by ClearCard under the "Account Info" section. If you were not provided with this information, please contact your biller to receive it.
Sites Admin
Next, go to the Sites Admin, create or edit a site, and scroll down to the "Biller Details" section. Find the "ClearCard" settings, and enter your Site ID(s) here -- ClearCard assigns each site that you added its own unique ID, which must be obtained from their website. You can find your Site ID on your ClearCard "My Account -- My Websites" page, listed under Options on ClearCard's site. Fill in your Site ID(s) and click Save.
Once you have done this, scroll down to the "Join Options this Site Offers" section and create or edit a join option to add ClearCard compatibility. Under "Biller Codes for this Join Option," enter your ClearCard Membership ID(s). ClearCard assigns each pricing option that you set up a unique Membership ID, which again must be obtained from their website. You can find this on your ClearCard "My Account -- Membership Plans" page. Fill in your Biller Code, and click Save.
