Please don't test your biller setup with DHD Media's test account—it won't work correctly.
DHD Instructions for NATS 3.1.54.1 and Later
Setting Up on DHD's Website
Before you can begin configuring DHD Media as a biller in NATS3, you must first register a merchant account with them. This can be done through their website at http://www.DHDMedia.com/.
You must give DHD the following two URLs so they can communicate with your NATS.
- Soap Server: http://linkdomain/signup/process_dhd.php
- WSDL: http://linkdomain/signup/process_dhd.php?wsdl
Replace linkdomain with your linkdomain.
DHD should provide you with a Domain, Merchant ID, Web Service Username, Web Service Password, and Web Service Role -- make sure to record these, as you'll need them to set up DHD Media in NATS. DHD may also setup a website name, multiple currencies, and quick pay for return customers -- if they setup any of these, make a record of them as well.
When you setup your products with DHD, you will need to record each option's ID; if you setup purchase pages, record the purchase page ID numbers as well.
Set up in NATS
Billers Admin
To begin setting up DHD Media as a biller in NATS, go to the Billers Admin. Scroll down to the "Biller" drop-down menu, select DHDMedia, and click "Add."
When prompted, fill out your transaction and chargeback fees, along with when you wish to deduct them. Save your new biller once you have filled out the available fields here.
Sites Admin
Next, go to the Sites Admin create or edit a site, and scroll down to the "Biller Details" section of the page. Find the "DHDMedia" settings, and enter your Domain, Merchant ID, Web Service Username, Web Service Password, and Web Service Role. This information should have been provided to you by your biller -- please contact DHD support if you don't have it. Click "Save Changes" once you have entered the required information.
Once you have done that, scroll down to the "Join Options this Site Offers" section and create or edit a join option to add DHD Media compatibility. Under "Biller Codes for this Join Option," enter the Product IDs and Purchase Page IDs for each join option that you set up with DHD Media. Save your join option details once you fill out the required fields.
Cross Sells
DHD Media also supports Cross Sell transactions through NATS. In order to process cross sale transactions, however, you will first have to set them up with DHD Media. Please contact your biller for assistance.
Go to the Cross Sells Admin, and click "Incoming" or "Outgoing" from the navigation tabs at the top of the page (depending on whether you are receiving or sending the cross sale).
If you are sending a cross sell to another site, go to the "Outgoing" section. Choose DHDMedia from the "Biller" drop-down menu and click Add. On the next page, you will be prompted to fill in the Title, Description, and Disclaimer for your cross sell option.
You will then need to fill out the Biller Info for your cross sell, which should be provided to you by DHD Media. Fill in your Merchant ID, Product ID, and Ref Code here, and choose whether you want to Recalculate Ref Codes here or not. Save your changes once you have filled out the provided fields.
If you are receiving the cross sell, go to the "Incoming" section. Choose DHDMedia from the Biller drop-down menu, and click Add. When prompted, choose the site and program you want to associate with the cross sale option, and fill in the "Comment" field.
Under "Data," fill in the Merchant ID, Product ID, Upgrade Product Page ID, and Upgrade Product ID that you received when registering with DHD Media. Finally, fill in your desired Initial Days (length of initial membership), Initial Dollar (cost of initial membership), Recurring Days (length of recurring membership), and Recurring Dollar (cost of recurring membership). You can also choose if you want this cross sell to be a trial membership with the "This is a Trial" checkbox here.
DHD Instructions for NATS 3.1.53.1 and Earlier
Note: instead of using the instructions below, you should request an upgrade to a more recent version of NATS
Register an account with DHD Media.
You will need to tell DHD about the two following URLs so they can setup your sites on their end communicate with NATS.
Soap Server: http://linkdomain/signup/soap_dhd.php WSDL: http://linkdomain/signup/soap_dhd.php?wsdl
(Replace linkdomain with your link domain.)
Set up in NATS
In the Billers Admin, enter your DHD Account ID into the Account field.
In the Sites Admin, under Biller Details, enter the following information:
- Domain: This is the root domain where the DHD Media join form is located. For example: a join form for credit cards at https://example.com/cc.cfm has the root domain of secure.yoursite.com. Note: NATS assumed this domain is protected with an SSL certificate and is served by HTTPS.
- Site ID: This is the numeric id of your site located at DHD Media.
- Non-Hosted Join Forms: If the join forms are not hosted by DHD Media, you need to select this checkbox.
Under Join Options, enter the following information:
- DHD CC Prod ID: This is DHD Media's numeric ID for this join option for credit card payments.
- DHD Check Prod ID: This is DHD Media's numeric ID for this join option for check payments.
