Setting Up at PhoneAccess
Before you can begin configuring PhoneAccess as a biller in NATS3, you must first register a merchant account with them. This can be done through their website at http://www.phoneaccess.com/
While registering with PhoneAccess, make sure to take down the Partner, PIN, Content ID, Background Color, Text Color, and Highlight Color provided to you. This information will be necessary for setting up PhoneAccess in NATS3.
Setting Up PhoneAccess in NATS
Billers Admin
To begin setting up PhoneAccess as a biller in NATS, go to the Billers Admin. Scroll down to the "Biller" drop-down menu, select PhoneAccess, and click "Add."
Note: If you don't see PhoneAccess, please put in a support ticket, as you may need an updated version of NATS.
When prompted, fill out your transaction and chargeback fees, along with when you wish to deduct them. Fill in the Partner and PIN (for XML) that were provided to you by PhoneAccess under the "Account Info" section. If you were not provided with this information, please contact your biller to receive it.
Sites Admin
Next, go to the Sites Admin, create or edit a site, and scroll down to the "Biller Details" section. In this section, you will find multiple settings for PhoneAccess. Fill in your Content ID, Background Color (numeric value), Text Color (numeric value), Highlight Color (numeric value), and choose if you wish to allow Transparency on the biller join form.
After you have done this, scroll down to the "Special Payment Options" section of the page. Select PhoneAccess from the "Biller" drop-down menu, and enter your desired Join Form Text. For example: "No Credit Card? Pay by Phone!" Fill in the "Biller Code" box with the information you received from Password By Phone. Once you have filled out the required fields, click Add.
