Go to the content page for the type of content you would like to schedule. Locate the content set and click on the schedule icon under actions for that set. Gallery Details reminds you what set you are working on.

Use Add New Gallery Rule to add content to a site. Select the site/site section from the first drop-down, the date you would like it added, the date you would like it removed, and click add. The dates can be in free form, so 'now' will add it immediately or in 2 weeks will add it two weeks later. 'Forever' will take the place of a date if you don't want it removed.

Current Gallery Rules lists the current schedule. If you need to change the remove date or remove the set right now you can edit the rule for the site and clear the fields for immediate removal or to the date you would like it pulled from the site.

Changing Content Set Types

Go to a content set, click Edit Content Set Details, and select the new type from drop-downs. Click save.

Changing Content Set Descriptions

Go to a content set, click Edit Content Set Details, and change the text in the large text-box. Click save.

Changing Content Set Names

Go to a content set, click Edit Content Set Details, and change the text in the first text box. Click save.
