You cannot create an administrator account -- you can only give administrative privileges to an existing account. So, to create a new administrative account, have the new administrator create an affiliate account, find their account in the Affiliates Admin, click the left-side permissions icon, select Admin from the drop-down on the next page, and click Save.

Restricting Admin Access

Go to the Affiliates Admin, click the lift-side Access Permissions icon. On the next page, use the check boxes to fine-tune what parts of NATS they can access and change. Click Save.
