Hardware Requirements

RSSdish requires no special hardware. It can run on the same server as other software. The pages created by RSSdish all cached so they use a very little CPU time during the day.

Software Requirements

RSSdish runs on any operating system that runs PHP and MySQL. You need the following software installed on your system:

• Linux or Unix (including BSD, OS X, and Darwin)
• mod_PHP (at least 4.4.x) (5.3.x is not supported)
  • MySQL support
  • GD support (1.8 or higher)
  • Freetype support
  • Enable short_open_tag in your server's php.ini
