NATS v4 Release Underway

The public release of NATS v4.0 is in full swing! We are pleased with the overwhelming response we have received initially, and we expect this demand to grow even larger as time goes on. Please keep in mind that the install/upgrade/stats import process is VERY involved, so we appreciate your patience in advance. Each install will be assigned to an individual tech that will handle your import process from start to finish, so you can rest assured knowing that your transition from v3 to v4 will be as smooth as possible. Please note that we are handling upgrades on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Anyone who has licensed NATS on a one-time fee basis within the past 12 months is covered by a support contract and will receive the NATS v4 upgrade as part of that support contract. As NATS v4 is a totally new product and the upgrade process is involved, anyone who has licensed NATS on a one-time fee basis and does not have a current support contract must purchase one to be eligible for the v4 upgrade. If you wish to upgrade to NATS v4 or have any additional questions, please submit a support ticket.

Forking Postbacks

We are currently testing a system which allows the non-essential postbacks NATS makes to outside scripts get forked to a separate process thread, which allows for faster processing on the client side.

TMM Insider Tip: Using Track to Its Fullest Potential

Did you know that your affiliates can manipulate their link codes in a variety of ways?

First off, if your affiliate wants their linkcode to go directly to the NATS Pre-Join Form, they can simply add the word "join" to the end of their link code.

Your affiliates can also deep link to a specific part of your tour. For example, if they want to pass the variable "extra_var=1234" to a tour, they can simply add it to the end of the track code.
