Start adding an outgoing cross-sale in the Cross-Sales Admin. Click the Outgoing Cross Sales tab, select a biller from the drop-down box, and click add. Fill in the form and save.
In the Sites Admin, edit a site, scroll down to the join options, click on the cross-sale icon, select a cross-sale to offer, and click add. The cross sale will now appear on the biller's join form.
Outgoing Netbilling cross-sales require you contact your partners and have them change enter your IP address in their XSELL_NETBILLING_SECURE_IPS configuration variable.
