Set up WTSeu in NATS

Go to the Billers Admin, select WTSeu from the drop-down, and click Add. Enter your WTSeu ID, Username and Password.

Go to the NATS4_Sites_Admin, edit or create a site's tour and enter your WTSeu Sub ID for the biller Codes.

Go to the Join Options section and enter your WTSeu Membership Type.
