Setting up at XVP

When setting up at XVP, you will need to set up your postback urls to which XVP will post transactions:

http://<linkdomain>/signup/process_xvp.php

You will need to replace <linkdomain> with the linkdomain of your site.

Please take note of the following information after you have created your merchant account at XVP:

  • Merchant ID
  • Merchant Key

Setting up in NATS

Billers Admin

Go to the Billers Admin, select XVP from the drop-down and click Add. Enter your Merchant ID and Merchant Key that were provided by XVP. Note: XVP will need to be added to a cascade before it can be used.

XVP currently supports Credit Card and Paypal processing.

Note: If you don't see XVP, put in a support ticket, as you may need an updated version of NATS and you will also required permission from XVP in order to used it.


Sites Admin

Go to the Sites Admin and click the edit button to edit a site's default tour details. In the "Billers Details" section you will find the following fields provided by XVP:

  • Template
  • template_params


Next, Edit (or create) the option(s) you want to use with Probiller. You will see the following list of available biller option fields:

  • Package ID -
  • Product ID -

Upgrade Package ID - Upgrade Product ID -

Cross Sales

XVP currently does not support xsell

Upsell Sales

XVP support upsepll, Go to the Cross Sells Admin, click incoming or outgoing upsells from the navigation tabs.

For Incoming upsells, go to the Incoming upsells section. Add XVP from the biller drop-down. Fill in Product Code. Also, you will need to enter the following information:

  • Initial Days
  • Initial Dollar
  • Recurring Days
  • Recurring Dollar
  • Package ID
  • Product ID

For outgoing upsells, you will add the follwoing information: Package ID Product ID Ref Code

Expire Padding

You can configure NATS to allow for extra time for rebills to come in for XVP members. Further details can be found in the following article:

Note: This biller does not support the Xsell features in NATS.
