CARMA Captcha Removal

To disable the Completely Automated Public Turning test to tell Computers and Humans Apart (CAPTCHA) image on the external access page by editing the config.php file on your server.

Remove the following lines:

     $config['HIDE_CAPTCHA'] = 1;
