For Incoming  upsells, go to the Incoming upsells section. Add XVP from the biller drop-down.  Fill in Product Code.  Also, you will need to enter the following information:
*Initial Days
*Initial Dollar
*Recurring Days
*Recurring Dollar
*Package ID
*Product ID

For outgoing upsells, you will add the follwoing information:
Package ID
Product ID
Ref Code
