== Setting Up on 365 Billing's Website ==

Before you can begin configuring 365 Billing as a [[Ct#Biller|biller]] in [[NATS3]], you must first register an account with them. This can be done through their website at http://www.365Billing.com/.

While registering with 365 Billing, make sure to take down the Username, Password, Template, and CryptId that were provided to you by your [[Ct#Biller|biller]]. This information will be necessary for setting up 365 Billing in [[NATS3]].

You must also email 365 Billing the following URLs so they can add them to their system for you:

* Initial Postback URL - <nowiki>http://linkdomain/signup/process_365billing.php</nowiki>
* Event Postback URL - <nowiki>http://linkdomain/signup/process_365billing.php</nowiki>
* Approval Redirect URL - <nowiki>http://linkdomain/signup/returnurl_365billing.php</nowiki>
* Decline Redirect URL - <nowiki>http://linkdomain/signup/returnurl_365billing.php</nowiki>

Replace ''linkdomain'' in the above example with your site's [[Link Domain|linkdomain]].

== Set up 365 Billing in NATS ==

To begin setting up 365 Billing as a [[Ct#Biller|biller]] in [[NATS]], go to the [[NATS3 Billers|Billers Admin]]. Scroll down to the "Biller" drop-down menu, select 365 Billing, and click "Add."

'''Note:''' If you don't see 365 Billing as a [[Ct#Biller|biller]], [https://clients.toomuchmedia.com put in a support ticket], as you may need an updated version of [[NATS]].

When prompted, fill out your transaction and chargeback fees, along with when you wish to deduct them. Fill in the Username and Password that were provided to you by 365Billing under the "Account Info" section. If you were not provided with this information, please contact your [[Ct#Biller|biller]] to receive it.

=== Sites Admin ===

Next, go to the [[NATS3 Sites|Sites Admin]], create or edit a [[Ct#Site|site]], and scroll down to the "Biller Details" section. Find the "365 Billing" settings, and choose the Template type that you specified with 365 Billing with the "Template" drop-down menu. This information should have been configured when setting up with your [[Ct#Biller|biller]].

Once you have done that, scroll down to the "Join Options this Site Offers" section and create or edit a [[Ct#Join Option|join option]] to add 365 Billing compatibility. Under "Biller Codes for this Join Option," enter your 365 Billing CryptId (CryptInt) key. This is an encrypted key that contains the customer's Product Code -- this is unique for each Product Code in the system. You can find this in the join button URL with 365 Billing. To find your CryptInt key:

# Login into the 365 Billing admin area by going to http://reports.365billing.com/cgi-bin/login.cgi.
# Click on My Account.
# Click on Websites & Products
# Click on Products
# Right-click on Payment Form and left-click on Copy Link Location (or Copy Shortcut depending on which browser is being used).
# The join button (GET method) should look like this (the CryptInt will always be different for each join button).  The cryptint id is after the first '='.

Once you have filled out the available fields on this page, click Save.

=== Cross Sells ===

365 Billing also supports [[Ct#Cross Sell|Cross Sell]] transactions through [[NATS]]. In order to process cross sale transactions, however, you will first have to set them up with 365 Billing. Please contact your [[Ct#Biller|biller]] for assistance with this.

To set up [[Ct#Cross Sell|cross sells]] in [[NATS]], go to the [[Cross Sells Admin]] and click "Incoming" or "Outgoing" from the navigation tabs (depending on whether you are receiving or sending the cross sale).

If you are sending a [[Ct#Cross Sell|cross sell]] to another [[Ct#Site|site]], go to the "Outgoing" section. Choose 365 Billing from the "Biller" drop-down menu and click Add. On the next page, you will be prompted to fill in the Title, Description, and Disclaimer for your [[Ct#Cross Sell|cross sell]] option.

You will then need to fill out the [[Ct#Biller|Biller]] Info for your [[Ct#Cross Sell|cross sell]], which should be provided to you by 365 Billing. Fill in your CryptInt and Ref Code in the provided fields here, and click "Edit."

If you are receiving the [[Ct#Cross Sell|cross sell]], go to the "Incoming" section. Choose 365 Billing from the [[Ct#Biller|Biller]] drop-down menu, and click Add. When prompted, choose the [[Ct#Site|site]] and [[Ct#Program|program]] you want to associate with the [[Ct#Cross Sell|cross sale]], and fill in the "Comment" field.

Under "Data," fill in the Product Code that you received when registering with 365 Billing. Finally, fill in your desired [[Ct#Initial Bill|Initial]] Days, [[Ct#Initial Bill|Initial]] Dollar (cost of initial membership), Recurring Days (length of recurring membership), and Recurring Dollar (cost of recurring membership). You can also choose if you want this [[Ct#Cross Sell|cross sell]] to be a [[Ct#Trial Sign-up|trial membership]]. 

Save your new [[Ct#Cross Sell|cross sell]] option once you have finished configuring it. 365 Billing will now be configured to accept [[Ct#Cross Sell|cross sells]] through [[NATS]].
