Multiple Biller Accounts

Please don't test your biller setup with Zombaio's test account—it won't work correctly.

Setting Up on Zombaio's Website

Before you can begin configuring Zombaio as a biller in NATS3, you must first register a merchant account with them. This can be done through their website at https://www.zombaio.com/index.asp/.

While registering with Zombaio, make sure to record the Merchant ID and Password that they provide for you. This information will be necessary for setting up Zombaio in NATS3.

You don't need to give Zombaio a return URL, but you do need to set a postback URL for each of your sites. Log into your Zombaio account, click the Tools button, select Website Management, and edit one of your sites. In the ZScript field, enter the following URL:

http://linkdomain/signup/process_zombaio.php

Replace linkdomain with your linkdomain. Repeat this step for each of your sites in Zombaio.

While managing your sites, record their Zombaio site ID -- you'll need this later. You'll also need the pricing structure numbers for each of your join options. To do so, click the Tools button, select Pricing structure, and record each pricing number.

Setting Up Zombaio in NATS

Billers Admin

To begin setting up Zombaio as a biller in NATS, go to the Billers Admin. Scroll down to the "Biller" drop-down menu, select Zombaio, and click "Add."

Note: If you don't see Zombaio as a biller, put in a support ticket, as you may need an updated version of NATS.

When prompted, fill out your transaction and chargeback fees, along with when you want to deduct them. Fill in the Merchant ID and ZombaioGWPass (Digest Key) that they provide for you by Zombaio under the "Account Info" section and click Save. You can find your Zombaio Merchant ID and ZombaioGWPass (Digest Key) on Zombaio's website. Log in to the ZOA (Zombaio Online Administrator), and you will find this information on the dashboard under "Account Information." Your Merchant ID and ZombaioGWPass are NOT the same values as your ZOA login details.

If you cannot find your Zombaio Merchant ID and ZombaioGWPass (Digest Key) in the ZOA (Zombaio Online Administrator), please contact their support department.

Sites Admin

Next, go to the Sites Admin, create or edit a site, and scroll down to the "Biller Details" section of the page. Find the "Zombaio" settings, and enter the Site ID for every site you have set up with Zombaio. This information should have been provided to you by your biller. You can also set your default Join Form Language, and choose whether or not you want to hide credits with the optional settings here. Save your changes once you have finished.

Once you have done that, scroll down to the "Join Options this Site Offers" section and create or edit a join option to add Zombaio compatibility. Under "Biller Codes for this Join Option," enter your Zombaio Pricing ID. This corresponds the Pricing Structure number you recorded earlier from your biller. Click Save.

Please put the following:

<input type="hidden" name="nextra[ZOMBAIO][Allow_ReSync]" value="0">

with the other hidden fields on your tour's join template that you plan on offering Zombaio join options.

Cross Sells

Zombaio also supports Cross Sell transactions through NATS. In order to process cross sale transactions, however, you will first have to set them up with Zombaio. Please contact your biller for assistance with this.

To set up cross sells in NATS, go to the Cross Sells Admin and click "Incoming" or "Outgoing" from the navigation tabs at the top of the page (depending on whether you are receiving or sending the cross sale).

If you are sending a cross sell to another site, go to the "Outgoing" section. Choose Zombaio from the Biller drop-down menu, and click Add. On the next page, you will be prompted to fill in the Title, Description, and Disclaimer for your cross sell option.

You will then need to fill out the Biller Info for your cross sell, which should be provided to you by Zombaio. Fill in your Pricing ID and Ref Code here, and choose if you want to Recalculate Ref Codes. Save your changes once you have filled out the provided fields.

If you are receiving the cross sell, go to the "Incoming" section. Choose Zombaio from the Biller drop-down menu, and click Add. When prompted, choose the site and program you want to associate with the cross sale option, and fill in the "Comment" field.

Under "Data," fill in the Site ID and Pricing ID that you received when registering with Zombaio. Finally, fill in your desired Initial Days (length of initial membership), Initial Dollar (cost of initial membership), Recurring Days (length of recurring membership), and Recurring Dollar (cost of recurring membership). You can also choose if you want this cross sell to be a trial membership with the "This is a Trial" checkbox here.
