nats_display_edit_defaults
Displays a form the affiliate can use to change their default program, campaign, or site.
Alias: display_edit_defaults
Parameters

data_only | Set variables but don't display the template | 1 | None. The template is displayed. | data_only=1 |
Output
A form with three drop-down boxes: Default Program, Default Campaign, and Default Site.
