Please don't test your biller setup with NATS4 Zombaio's test account—it won't work correctly.

Setting Up at Zombaio

To begin configuring Zombaio as a biller in NATS4, you must first register a merchant account with them. This can be done through their website at https://www.zombaio.com/index.asp.

While registering with Zombaio, make sure to take down the Merchant ID, and Password that are provided to you by your biller. This information will be necessary for setting up Zombaio in NATS.

You don't need to give Zombaio a return URL, but you do need to set a postback URL for each of your sites. To do so, log into your Zombaio account, click the Tools button, select Website Management, and edit one of your sites. In the ZScript field, enter the following URL:

http://linkdomain/signup/process_zombaio.php

Replace linkdomain in the above example with your site's linkdomain. Repeat this step for each of the sites you wish to use Zombaio to process transactions through.

While managing your sites, record their Zombaio Site IDs -- you'll need this later. You'll also need the pricing structure numbers for each of your join options: click the Tools button, select Pricing structure, and record each Pricing ID.

Setting Up Zombaio in NATS

Billers Admin

To begin setting up Zombaio as a biller in NATS, go to the Billers Admin. Scroll down to the "Biller" drop-down menu, select Zombaio, and click "Add."

Note: If you don't see Zombaio as a biller in NATS4, put in a support ticket, as you may need an updated version of NATS.

When prompted, fill in the Merchant ID and ZombaioGWPass (Digest Key) that were provided to you by Zombaio under the "Account Info" section. You can find this information in ZOA (Zombaio Online Administrator) on the dashboard under Account Information. Please note that the Merchant ID and ZombaioGWPass is not the same as your ZOA login details. If you were not provided with this information, please contact your biller.

Sites Admin

Next, go to the Sites Admin, create or edit a tour, and scroll down to the "Biller Details" section. Enter your Zombaio Site ID here, into the field marked "ZOMBAIO Site ID." You can also set the default language for your Zombaio join form with the "ZOMBAIO Join Form Language" drop-down menu. Save your changes once you have finished.

Once you have done this, scroll down to the section labeled "Join Options for this Tour" and click the "Edit Option Details for this tour" icon (paper with small pencil) that corresponds to the join option you wish to use. In the "Biller Codes" section on the next page, locate the "ZOMBAIO Pricing ID" field and enter the pricing structure number you recorded earlier. Beneath that, there is an optional field used only for token sites labeled "ZOMBAIO Credit Value". If you set this value for your join option, the member will not be able to choose the credits value with a drop down box. Instead, a fixed value will be used:

  • 1 = €/$ 10.00
  • 2 = €/$ 25.00
  • 3 = €/$ 50.00
  • 4 = €/$ 75.00
  • 5 = €/$ 100.00

Additionally, you may wish to edit or add any additional rules to allow this option to show on your join page. You can do so with the purple arrows next to the Options row on the main Billers page (similar to the several other areas across NATS).

Once you have completed these steps, save your join option details. Zombaio will now be configured for basic use as a biller in NATS.

If you are on a NATS version below 4.1, please put the following:

<input type="hidden" name="nextra[ZOMBAIO][Allow_ReSync]" value="0">

with the other hidden fields on your tour's join template that you plan on offering Zombaio join options.

Cross Sales

Zombaio also supports Cross Sale transactions through NATS. In order to process cross sale transactions, however, you will first have to set them up with Zombaio. Please contact Zombaio for assistance with this.

To set up cross sales in NATS, go to the Upsells Admin and click incoming or outgoing cross sales from the navigation tabs (depending on whether you are sending or receiving the cross sale).

If you are sending a cross sale to another site, go to the "Outgoing Cross Sales" section. Add Zombaio from the Biller drop-down menu, and click Add New Option. On the next page, you will be prompted to fill in the Title, Description, and Disclaimer for your cross sell option.

You will then need to fill out the Biller Info for your cross sale, which should be provided to you by Zombaio. Fill in your Pricing ID and Ref Code here, and click Save Changes.

If you are receiving the cross sale, go to the "Incoming Cross Sales" section. Add Zombaio from the Biller drop-down menu and click Add New Option. When prompted, choose the site and program you want to associate with the cross sale.

Under "Details," fill in the title of your cross sale option, the initial membership fee and length, and the recurring membership fee and length. Finally, fill in your Site ID and Pricing ID in the "Biller Info" section and click Save Changes.
