NATS4 Go Live Checklist

Complete all the steps in this list before you go live with NATS4.1.
- Did you setup all your billers?
- Did you enter the right account information in the Billers Admin?
- Did you setup each biller on their website?
- Did you setup the biller Join Options in the Sites Admin?
- Did you setup your Biller Fees for processing transactions?
- Did you setup at least one cascade?
- Were you able to sign-up up successfully?
- Did it cascade correctly on failure?
- Did you setup all of your sites?
- Did you setup an Apache VirtualHost for each linkdomain?
- Did you set up tours for each site?
- Did you customize the color scheme, background image, and header image in your join forms with the Customize Join Form feature?
- Did you set up join options for each site?
- Did you design a Join Form for each site?
- Did you setup your adtools? (Optional)
- Did you configure the advanced features for certain adtool types, like Geo Banners and Fan Signs/ (Optional)

- Did you setup your pop-ups, pop-unders, or consoles? (Optional)
- Did you setup your affiliated Third Parties? (Optional)

- Did you reconfigure your IntelliChat plugin to work with NATS4.1? (Optional)

- Did you set up your affiliate skins in the Skins and Templates Admin? (Optional)
- Did you customize the color scheme and header logo of your affiliates' skins and templates with the CSS Theme Builder? (Optional)
- Did you configure and test your cross sales and upsells?
- Did you check both Incoming and Outgoing cross sales/upgrades.
- Did you send a test e-mail through the Mailing Admin?
- Did you setup your Configuration Admin settings?
- Did you setup affiliate payment types?
- NATS comes with a Quickbooks payment type, but supports Paypal, international and domestic wire, and Epassporte.
- Did you setup your member management for your sites?
- Did you set up affiliate account verification for new affiliate accounts?
- Did you add ?<?=(!empty($_REQUEST['nats']) && !preg_match('/[\'\"<>()\\\+\[\]]/', $_REQUEST['nats']))?'&nats='.$_REQUEST['nats']:?> to your paysite's page to page links and did you change the join link to that provided on the top of the sites edit page?
- Did you test any link codes?
- Did you test your join forms?
- Did you credit (or charge back) a membership?
- Did NATS remove the credited member? -- note that for some billers, there can be a delay of several hours before we import the credit.
- Have you ran a complete member sign up through NATS, including a check to confirm that the new member can log in to your membership area?
- Did you test everything twice?
